With a national portfolio, Brigham Consulting’s team of strategists, organizers, systems thinkers, disrupters, coaches, fund developers, speakers, and passionate players encompass more than 75 years of experience. The team believes in the power of human beings to effect change in their own lives, but also in the functioning of systems.
Their portfolio of work spans grassroots to grasstops within singular communities, to those who have worked with major national policy organizations that are influencing racially equitable policy change across Asian, Black, Latino, Indigenous, and White communities.
Meet Nadia C. Brigham, Principal
Nadia Brigham is principal of Brigham Consulting, LLC with over 20 years of experience advancing racial equity, leadership, and community engagement in philanthropy and youth-serving and grassroots organizations. Throughout her career, Nadia has focused on racial equity, leadership development and community engagement for education justice, health equity, and family economic security. She’s a strategist focused on moving leaders and organizations from awareness and knowledge acquisition to agency and action toward more equitable outcomes. Not secondarily, supporting leaders in examining and interrogating manifestations of internalized anti-Blackness and superiority and creating pathways to healing is critical to her work.
